Dear cat parents, in light of the recent Wuhan Coronavirus cases that have hit our shores in Singapore and affected so many worldwide, we understand that it may be necessary to cancel or postpone travel plans indefinitely.
To support the community in this time of need, the Nekoya Cat Hotel will continue to extend complimentary cancellations on travel plans. At the same time, if you should be travelling in the next 7 days and have an existing booking with us, we will be extending flexibility to customers whose travel decisions may be affected by the virus. To have us review your booking as soon as possible, please contact us at [email protected] and a caretaker will assist you within 24 hours.
If you feel unwell, and are arriving to the hotel for check-ins or checkouts, please don face masks and practise washing your hands frequently. We would also appreciate if you inform us in advance if you are returning from China.
