I'm grateful for the staff being patient and loving to August(my ginger cat). As an ginger we all know they sometimes have weird behaviors sometimes although they are sweethearts. The staff has been so patient and gave August her space and gave her so much love. August looked comfortable and confident in the space when I picked her up. Although the space is a little small at KAP, they also have windows for cats to view out the window during play time and big enough space for cats to roam comfortably around.

  • Cleaning Fee $10

    Applies if caretakers are required to perform more than two cleaning sessions per day due to excessive mess or related issues

  • Extra Care Charge $10/day

    Applies if cat is aggressive or requires intensive care.

  • Check-in and Check-out Extensions $20/hr

    For early check-in and late check-outs up to 2 hours. Subject to availability.

  • Medical Care Fee $10/week

    If a guest requires extra medical care or other forms of special care during their stay.

  • Concierge Fee $80

    This service covers situations where our trusted staff member accompanies your cat to veterinary visits or external appointments during their stay, as this requires dedicated one on one attention, travel time & coordination beyond the standard care routine.

  • Transport Pickup & Drop-off $40

    In-house transport services for pick-up and drop-off to and from our cat boarding hotels, between 12pm - 4pm. Recommended for returning hotel guests familiar with our boarding process. +$10 per additional cat.

  • Vet Visits $40

    We can arrange transport by our trusted staff for your cat's scheduled veterinary appointments during their stay. Available for pre-booked appointments only.

Exit Grooming Now Available!

At Nekoya, cats checking out can enjoy 10% OFF exit grooming at Nekomori Cat Salon, so your cat returns home fresh, clean, and comfortable! Services include baths, undercoat removal, fur trimming, and more. Simply let our caretakers know at check-in if you’d like to add this service.

Hotel Pick-up & Drop-offs

Our hotel pick-up and drop-off service is available from 12PM – 4PM. Recommended for returning hotel guests familiar with our boarding process.

  • 2-Way Transport $40

Please note that owners will not be accompanying during the transport. This service is subject to availability.

Cat Taxi

We offer in-house cat taxi services for cats and clients, for transport to, from, and between Nekoya Cat Hotels. Recommended for first-time hotel guests or first-time owners coming with their cats.

  • 1-Way Transport $50
  • 2-Way Transport $90

Arrivals and departures are required to be within check-in and check-out hours, subject to availability.
