First time boarding my cat Coco and I must say it was my best decision ever. As coco being away from home for the first time, i had many worries to send her to boarding for 9 days. Went for a viewing and I was assured that I will always be kept updated on my cat's well-being. The boarding hotel is very clean, quiet and perfect environment. Cabin size is spacious too! Mega THANK YOU to the team of caretakers Nabila, Pearl and Kaz for taking such good care of Coco throughout the 9 days 🥰🥹 They are professional, kind and absolutely caring! First time send our cranky cat Omel to Nekoya KAP. Caretaker Bethany, Beatrys & Chloe is so patience to care for Omel although Omel is always greets them with hissing and growling each time they tried to approach Omel 😆. We had to relocate and due to paperwork issues had to leave our baby behind till his move was sorted. What a great decision to leave him here.. He was so well looked after and most importantly loved.. A huge thank you to Nekoya Central and their team of caregivers.. The facilities are super clean and hygienic, the animals are extremely well looked after.. I would really recommend anyone looking for a pet stay to choose Nekoya!!! Thank you for taking care of London and keeping him happy and safe till he could be with us❤️❤️

Boarded my 2 fur kids at Nekoya (Jalan Malu Malu branch) for the first time and it was such an awesome experience! I opted for the daily updates and they do provide detailed updates along with photos to me you know how my fur kids are doing so me and my
husband can enjoy my vacation. Highly recommended and definitely will board them here again the next time we go on vacation.

Express Grooming at Nekomori
During your cat's stay at Nekoya, you can opt to have it professionally groomed at Nekomori Cat Grooming Salon. We provide professional grooming services such as undercoat removal, baths, fur trimming, and more. Additionally, Nekoya customers are entitled to FREE transport to Nekomori Cat Grooming Salon and toothbrushing services. Feel free to enquire with our caretakers for appointment booking or grooming quotations.
Cat Taxi
We offer in-house cat taxi services for cats and clients, for transport to, from, and between Nekoya Cat Hotels. This service is available by appointment only.
Arrivals and departures are required to be within check-in and check-out hours.
Our basic accommodation welcomes up to 2 people and 2 furry friends! For any special requests or arrangements, feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp at 6288-3636.
