I have been meaning to write this review for the past few weeks since we boarded our two cats at Nekoya for 10 days in April (due to an extended overseas trip). I want to say that this is a first-in-class top-notch cat hotel. Staff members/care-takers Aqeelah and Niza were fantastic in taking excellent care of our furry babies from the moment they were onboarded. Not only were they professional, Aqeelah and Niza truly care for the cats under their responsibility, and they are very meticulous and careful from start to end. We received daily reports/logs on how our cats were doing. The infrastructure and accommodation at this Nekoya branch is pristine and very clean as well. I highly recommend this cat hotel and we will certainly use this service again!

Nekoya @ KAP has been nothing short of amazing taking care of my cat. Their daily DETAILED media updates on how my cat was doing put me at ease when I was overseas. Paid extra $5/day for pictures/video of my cat during her stay, allowing me to witness her undergo the five stages of grief during our week-long separation. Very worth it. The daily reports on cat activity, feeding and toileting habits are thorough and really provided peace of mind that my pet was in good hands. (Be aware that the reports don't come at the same time every day.) The staff is good at ascertaining the individual needs of each cat. My pet seems to have had a good experience at the hotel since she returned without a fuss and happily went back to her daily routine at home. Many thanks to caretakers Eliz, Bea, Kim and Jane.

We are taking Nekoya's service since our kitty was an year old. Since then my cat has stayed at Nekoya KAP and other branches many times and every time it was absolutely best experience. The caretakers are gentle and understands the behaviour of my cat, she is particularly skittish and hissy. They followed instructions about feeding and any special care my cat needs, every single time. It is always difficult to leave behind your pet and travel, but with Nekoya, it becomes little bit easier. They share media updates everyday and I love to read their write-ups about my cat's day, It always brings a smile to my face and reassures me that she’s doing well. I haven’t had a chance to use their pet-sitting service yet, but I’m eager to try it soon!
