It was my first time sending my cat (Am) for cat-boarding so there were lots of worries. From the very first visit where my mum and I were given the opportunity to check out the location and cabins available. The staffs assured us that everything will be alright. So we sent Am for 13 days in total, and everyday I was given updates about my cat's condition and if he was fitting in well. We given assurance that it was normal for a first timer cat boarder to be overwhelmed with a stranger place. After 4 days, my cat fitted in very well, maybe too well haha! He was given lots of of love there, everyone loved him like his their own. I'm glad that I sent Am to Nekoya Kampon Bahru, no regrets. Will definitely send him there again in future.

I love the cat whisperers in Kampung Bahru - Farihah and Sarinah. They love my baby Latte very much and we’re so worried when he has diarrhea during his stay. Thank goodness his tummy upset got better. I can feel they truly love the cats which is important as the fur babies can sense their love and reciprocate in return. I will certainly return to this branch and it’s my first and only choice. Continue the great work ladies! You’re awesome!

Haku had a great experience here while I was away. He was very anxious and shy at first but warmed up and adapted to the staff. Really grateful to the staff for looking after Haku so well, and sending such cute updates about him. Special thanks to Sarinah for looking after Haku and taking him to the vet during his stay there! Will definitely let Haku stay here the next time I’m away.

It’s the first time we have sent our cat to a hotel, we have been already enjoyed the cat sitting service of Nekoya every time when we are away from home, we are super happy with the way how Jessica takes care of our cat. This time since we will be travelling for a longer time and we decided to send our cat to one of Nekoya’s hotel, the place is nice and clean, the staff are very friendly, we received a report every day to know about the routine of our cat.
