Parking spaces are generally available within close proximity to our cat hotels.
For Nekoya Jalan Kayu, there is an outdoor carpark next to the prata shop along Jalan Kayu.
Please transport your cat to the hotels with the use of a secure transport crate. Where possible, it is strongly advised that you only use the service lift, as opposed to escalators or passenger lifts. This route will provide a quiet, safe entrance, that is as close as possible to any Nekoya cat hotel.
We offer private pet taxi services for our customers at the rate of $50/way and $90/2-way trip, to any of our hotels between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays and Public Holidays.
An additional fee of $20 applies to pick-ups and drop-offs at Sentosa Island.

All Nekoya Cat Hotels are open 365 days a year, from 11 AM to 7 PM daily.

What are your rates like?
Rates differ based on location, accommodation and date. In general, our private cabins begin from $49/night.
Long-term boarding discounts of up to 10% are available for stays from 14 nights and above.
What is included in the nightly boarding rate?
The nightly rate includes the provision of 24/7 air-conditioned, private lodging space, complimentary use of cat litter bin with litter and feeding utensils, and access to the hotel space.
Our caretakers also conduct twice daily housekeeping, interaction time and daily activity updates for your cats.
What time is check-in and check out?
Check-in time is from 2PM to 5:30PM and check-out time is from 11 AM to 12:30PM.
How flexible is your cancellation and modification policy?
Unlike our competitors, we offer a flexible, no-questions-asked policy on booking modifications and cancellations up to 48 hours before your booking beginning!
