Kiki went for her first stay there and the environment is clean and well ventilated. She was playful and ate well from her first day, which always bodes well. They also take measures to prevent any cross infection other than ensuring everyone’s vaccinations are up to date. Cats do not interact directly with each other and he environment is cleaned after every cat has its outside playtime, which is assuring. They even do a cleanIng after viewings.read more

Our two cats were initially booked for 1 month, but unforeseen circumstances from our end resulted in them staying at Nekoya at Centerpod for 4 months! I loved the clean and friendly environment. Our one cat is especially skittish and she adjusted remarkably. I received daily whatsApp messages and photos and could recognise in their behavior and appearance that they were cared for and loved at Nekoya. My cat, Pom Pom, stayed at Nekoya for a total of 10 days. I love the calming music that they play and how everything is sparkling clean! I was worried that Pom Pom wouldn't be too friendly about the other cats present, but I was surprised at how calm she was! Nekoya's staff, Petrina, was lovely and sent me photos and videos of her when I was missing her overseas. When the time came to check out, Pom Pom didn't even want to leave! 😂 Next time I'm thinking of having going overseas, I would definitely let Pom Pom have her own holiday at Nekoya again.read more

I am extremely nervous when it comes to leaving my cat under someone else's care. I always feel like no one can take care of my baby the way I do and also due to a few bad past experiences, I was more (read as extremely 😫) reluctant of sending King for boarding. However the team at Nekoya were amazing! Portia, Sheila and Petrina went all out to make sure my fussy eater was well taken care of and that I was aware of his well being at all times. As my cat is prone to bladder crystals, it was super important that his water intake stayed consistent throughout his stay and the team made sure his routine was as close to what he would have at home to lessen his stress.I cannot say enough good things! First time of putting up my cat at a boarding place while I went away for family vacation. It was the first time that my cat, Donut 🍩 was away from home as he is solely an indoor cat since he was a kitten and we will be away for so many days (7 days). Initially I was very worried if Donut can adapt and if he will be well cared of. But Nekoya has down such a great job looking after my Donut 🍩! They gave me daily updates and videos/ photos so that I can know that my little old boy is doing well 😊 Although Donut 🍩 is a little stressed and keep having soft poo, the caretakers there are so attentive and understanding and try to make things more comfortable for Donut 🍩! I am really very appreciative to each and everyone at Nekoya! They are really sincere in the well beings our furry babies 😊 I will not hesitate to put Donut 🍩 there again if I need to travel. Hopefully he will not make a mess next time 😅read more

We heard about Nekoya through Nekojam. We have always been pleased with their service and innovative approach in easing lives of pet parents. When we heard about their foray into cat boarding services and the designs put in place to make our feline overlord comfortable, we got really excited and was looking forward to board our kitten at this first Cat Hotel in Singapore. Our 10 month old kitten was extremely shy with strangers. This was also the first time he would be away from home, and for a good 9 days. Nevertheless, just 30 minutes upon checking in, he seemed pretty comfortable. Within 2 days, he got really chummy with Cat whisperers and started to ‘bully’ them. Fortunately, the cat whisperers were so patient and they took great care of him. We just checked him out today and he is in extremely good spirits. He seems to be more confident towards visiting guests. We will not hesitate to recommend Nekoya to fellow cat parents.read more

Thank you Nekoya and cat whisperers for taking wonderful care of Patchu! This was patchu's first time being away from home and we couldn't have chosen a better place to care for her. The lovely cat whisperers provided regular updates (more than what they promised) with pictures and videos while I was away, especially since patchu was a bit stressed at the start. The cabins were spacious enough for patchu and they allowed her to come out of her cabin to explore the rest of the cat hotel once a day (and patchu has grown to like the plants there).They managed to make her more comfortable over her stay there. Was impressed by their ability to understand the cats body language and provide for their needs accordingly. I would recommend this place to other cat owners as well! :)read more

It is a 5 star kitty hotel with lots of love and sincerity from all the staff!Environment - Calm, cosy, very clean, relaxed and best view for the cats from their cabin (full length window for bird watching!).Cabin - Clean, cosy, hygienic and big enough for fatty cat to jump around and play alone.Kitty playtime - Individual private kitty playtime. Through the daily updates I've received, I can feel the sincere love Ppoppo was given! And it didn't take long for her to get comfortable!Staff - Debrah, Portia & Petrina. Genuine, sincere, warm & honest. Good interpersonal skills. They put in great effort to ensure that I am at ease too! They certainly pay attention to all of my enquiries. Check-in process was a breeze.From my experience, not many boarding hotels are as clean as Nekoya. I like the fact Nekoya strictly ensure all cats are healthy, vaccinated, free from fleas and spayed/neutered before they come on board.I didn't even have the time to view Nekoya's cabin before the boarding but the moment I stepped into Nekoya during checking in, tells me Ppoppo will be in sincere hands.Do check out Nekoya's website prior to your cat boarding. Booked a stay for my furkid at Nekoya when I went on a family trip. I loved the lengths Nekoya goes to to keep their guests stress-free such as having owners book an appointment for viewing instead of going in at anytime of the day.I was pleased to see that the rest of the kitties were very relaxed and happy instead of tense and stressed out like most other cat hotels. The cabin space for the guests were pretty big and clean. My furkid is pretty big in size as well but there were still room for him to jump up and down. The staff were very friendly and sincere , and they even provided me with extra updates even though i only opted for 4 days. I appreciate that a lot! They do take the time to interact and check on the in-house guests every now and then instead of just providing the basic accommodation, food and water.They also allowed me to stay with my cat for a while to get him settled in, instead of "drop and go". As we had experienced Cotton was not eating and drinking after returning from another cat hotel previously, we were a bit worry of her stay at Nekoya. However, Patrina and Portia at Nekoya really taken good care of Cotton. From hissing, being an emo cat, then slowly adapt to the environment, exploring everywhere, and even proactively approaching other cats during her play time. We are really happy to see Cotton was enjoying her stay at Nekoya ;)More importantly, I would highly recommend the daily media updates service. They not just sending you photos and videos because you paid for that service. I could say these photos and videos are all taken with love by Nekoya. There are 2 things I really fear in pet hotels - crummy, dirty, cramped quarters because the hotel owners really don't care and crazed cat people who think that cats are humans ... I am delighted to say that Nekoya is run by seriously lovely people who really care about the kitty cats.They are down to earth but obviously love the cats a lot and the care and attention they give is just amazing for 'strangers' to my cats.I am so very happy that I boarded my 2 cats at Nekoya - it was a long stay and I think they both did not want to leave in the end hahahaThank you Debrah (and Debrah's husband) and Portia for looking after my kitty cats so well and for taking Ghi Ghi to the vet and for staying with her ... you might have actually changed her perception of that nasty place :)A VERY BIG THANK YOU and I would recommend this haven for cats to anyone!read more

George certainly had a great 'staycation' of two weeks in Nekoya! The hotel has a very cosy and relaxing ambience with airconditioning and soft music playing. The cabin is of a good size for George to retreat to, especially in the first few days of checking in when he was rather traumatised. Debrah and Portia did a very good job in handling George. They hand-fed George on the second day to get him to eat and slowly coaxed him out of his cabin for his daily individual playtime. We felt at ease knowing that George was doing fine after a few days through the updates on him sent via watsapp which we subscribed to for a small fee. By the way, Debrah and Portia are not just competent cat whisperers, they are also great photographers! In fact, I have just changed my profile pic to one taken by Portia. Thanks, Debrah and Portia! At home, Boo loves to look out of the window and with the full-length clear window overlooking his cubicle, I am sure he would be very happy here.
