Janiel gives very detailed reports of how my Fanshu is doing everyday. Nekoya is very clean and well conditioned. I am at ease to trust Fanshu into their care while I am away. Grooming services are a stone's throw away as well.

Boarded my 2 fur kids at Nekoya (Jalan Malu Malu branch) for the first time and it was such an awesome experience! I opted for the daily updates and they do provide detailed updates along with photos to me you know how my fur kids are doing so me and my husband can enjoy my vacation.
