By making payment for a reservation at Nekoya, you agree that you have reviewed the following pages:

You further agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your Pet is compliant to board at the Nekoya Cat Hotel at the point of check-in. In accordance with the Animal and Veterinary Service’s Boarding Guidelines for Licensed Pet Boarders, the Company reserves the right to reject any cats that do not meet the requirements to enter our hotels.
In the event that your Pet is found to be unsuitable for boarding at the point of check-in, a 50% handling fee on your booking shall be incurred. The remaining funds shall be reversed via the original mode of payment within (7) working days to the Owner.
