Lovely facility and caring caretakers. Initally, we were a bit nervous about leaving our senior cat, Silky, with them, partly because it's our cat's first time in a hotel and our first time with Nekoya. The registering personnel, I personally felt, was a bit curt.
But I am happy to report that the caretakers, Miza, Kimberly, Naz and Humairah were very prompt with updating and we always look forward to their photos and interaction with Silky (brushing, petting, accompanying). And they are very gentle and loving, as you can see, Silky exposed her tummy for them to brush. Additionally, we absolutely loved the photos Miza took of Silky, and I found it hilarious. Silky has to take supplements, and she took them without issues with the personnel. Will definitely use patronise again.

Misty is more a "cat-cat" than a "person-cat". She prefers interaction with other cats. Nice that the caregivers understand her and gives her space to interact with other cats. Even during off-season there are quite a number of other cats around so she doesn't feel lonely at all. She's much more comfortable there here now, having stayed her for a few occasions with caring caregivers, who gives us daily updates. Many thanks to all wonderful caregivers!

I'm grateful for the staff being patient and loving to August(my ginger cat). As an ginger we all know they sometimes have weird behaviors sometimes although they are sweethearts. The staff has been so patient and gave August her space and gave her so much love. August looked comfortable and confident in the space when I picked her up. Although the space is a little small at KAP, they also have windows for cats to view out the window during play time and big enough space for cats to roam comfortably around.

For the 2nd time we send our cat Omel to Nekoya KAP. We had to make last minute changes to our bookings. Nekoya-Ms Hazel is very patience & helpful to assist us make last minutes changes to our bookings very smoothly.
This time we tried booked 3D2N Premier Suite. The space is spacious, clean & caretaker Miza is very patience and friendly.
Even though our cat is still not used of being away from us and still cranky, hissed to the caregiver each time they tried to come near him 🤣. But caregiver is calm and let Omel to be at his most comfortable on his own in his cabin. We still received daily updates on his well being & happy to see him lazying around in his cabin relaxing. Fully satisfied for the 2nd time. Will definitely comes back to Nekoya next time. Thank you Nekoya KAP for making our Holiday journey a peacefully one without any worries for our cat Omel..👍😊🥰

Lodging place is fully aircon with clean and spacious cabins. The caretakers take extra mile to care for my kitty though she could be quite a nuisance especially during her last year stay when out of no reason, my kitty started to soil her cabin and the caretakers had to do extra cleaning each time. However they were patient with my kitty and kept me posted each day on how she was doing, with pictures and wording update.
Sincerely appreciated their good service and can see they are really cat lovers.

It is our first time sending our cat over here and we are delighted by the treatment that they have been giving to our cat. Because we were gone for awhile, we opt for a daily report to ensure that our cat is doing fine as it is his first time there! The report was well detailed with lots of pictures and videos and also informative on his eating habits, behaviour, and whether he has use the litter box. Definitely will go back again when the family goes for long trips, as he seems to have enjoyed his stay there. 🙂

Have been here several times. Nice ambience and environment for my cat. Carers are friendly, caring and loving to the pets. One advantage is you could schedule a grooming session while your pet is there as the facility is just next to the hotel. It's convenient to me.in that way.

The best boarding service in whole of Singapore. They give such detailed attention and care to our cat. We always feel very comfortable to go away knowing our cat is in their good hands. 10/10 would recommend and continue using their services! They’ve been treating my Muffin so well! The constant detailed updates daily about Muffin’s adventures at Nekoya KB was a joy to read while we were at Japan for our honeymoon. It’s great to feel that Muffin is in good hands while we’re away. She can be quite shy, curious, playful and sometimes spicy towards strangers. So far, muffin has been a good kitty. Haku had a great experience here while I was away. He was very anxious and shy at first but warmed up and adapted to the staff. Really grateful to the staff for looking after Haku so well, and sending such cute updates about him. Special thanks to Sarinah for looking after Haku and taking him to the vet during his stay there! Will definitely let Haku stay here the next time I’m away.

I love the cat whisperers in Kampung Bahru - Farihah and Sarinah. They love my baby Latte very much and we’re so worried when he has diarrhea during his stay. Thank goodness his tummy upset got better. I can feel they truly love the cats which is important as the fur babies can sense their love and reciprocate in return. I will certainly return to this branch and it’s my first and only choice. Continue the great work ladies! You’re awesome!

It’s the first time we have sent our cat to a hotel, we have been already enjoyed the cat sitting service of Nekoya every time when we are away from home, we are super happy with the way how Jessica takes care of our cat. This time since we will be travelling for a longer time and we decided to send our cat to one of Nekoya’s hotel, the place is nice and clean, the staff are very friendly, we received a report every day to know about the routine of our cat. Our cat Plum just came home from her first stay at Neko Neko (Jalan Malu Malu) and we have nothing but praises for the team here.
Plum is really timid yet curious and her caretakers Nabila and Nadiah took pains to slowly introduce her to the lounge when she was hesitant to do so. They could read her behaviour well and updated us daily with the progress she’s made. No detail was too minuscule (even down to the condition of her poo and how much she has eaten) which was a relief to us being away from her for the first time!
We were also able to arrange grooming for her at the salon housed under the same roof. Everything was well-communicated through WhatsApp and updates (including photos and videos) were sent through an app that kept things clear and organised. Kudos to the company and team!

First time boarding my cat Dot here and Nabila & Nad did a great job taking care of her. Albeit being spicy and anxious in the first few days, my cat has grown really comfy and familiar with the caretakers and place in the 8 days she was there. It was reassuring to see them take care of her well and helped her get comfortable and at ease quickly. The only thing I wish would be for more pictures and videos to be included in the media updates. I would definitely put Dot here again if there is a need to!

I am very happy with the cat sitting services of Andrea from Nekoya. She made a lot of effort to play with our cat and gave him lots of pets and even bought him some toys. Each visit was followed by videos and photographs so we could see how he was doing and the cat really liked her.

We had a great experience with Iffah, who thankfully was able to help with us with cat sitting at the last min when our cat was unable to board at the hotel due to her cat flu. She sent us photo and video updates every day, which reassured us that Huihui was doing well, and also helped to give Huihui her medication daily 🙂 we will definitely engage Nekoya cat sitting service again for our next trip!

Andrea did an amazing job with our cats! We received daily updates with pictures and videos, which kept us reassured. She even took extra notice when one of our cats had a little wound from scratching. Andrea is knowledgeable and kind, and we were assured every day that our cats were doing okay—even the timid one!
