Andrea was very accommodating and reassuring when it comes to taking care of our fur baby! Being a cat mom herself was one of the perks of engaging her as she knows what to look out for and anticipate any other issue that could arise (but nothing happened thankfully!) when we're away for our long holiday. She was patient and loving towards our furbaby and our cat definitely bonded well with her. We will definitely engage with her again and with nekoya in the future.

My cat had a great time during her stay with Nekoya- KAP. The location is very easily accessible. She was very well-cared for by the caretakers. There were regular updates during her 2 weeks stay and this gave us peace of mind while we travelled. Would absolutely choose to board my cat there again!

10/10 would recommend and continue using their services! They’ve been treating my Muffin so well! The constant detailed updates daily about Muffin’s adventures at Nekoya KB was a joy to read while we were at Japan for our honeymoon. It’s great to feel that Muffin is in good hands while we’re away. She can be quite shy, curious, playful and sometimes spicy towards strangers. So far, muffin has been a good kitty.
