Mame the Hopping Kitten

Singapore Mitted Tabby Kitten

Mame was a sad little kitten. Found tied up, trapped in gunny sacks, and thrown in the trash, she was left for dead by a cruel person who to this date, is still walking the streets. A kind hearted lady heard desperate mews from the refuse area on her way to work, and brought her home. Frightened, feral and alone, Mame would hiss and spit at anyone who tried to touch her. It took some time before she opened up to her caretakers at the Nekoya Cat Hotel, but she eventually did!

Mame has the cutest little socks on her paws. She has a habit of hopping around when she’s excited, and we sometimes mistake her for a bunny rabbit! She is extremely close to her sister; Eda, and enjoys napping with her when she is not initiating a round of play time.

As of March 2017, Mame has since gone to her forever home, alongside her sister; Eda. We thank Anna for opening her home to these two little sisters and for giving them a well-deserved second chance 🙂
